Touya has post-traumatic stress disorder because he was walking across the street and saw two cars collide and both the drivers were killed. In my mind, my full headcannon was that Touya had a very stormy relationship with their mother; she didn't like him that much, so he felt like he needed to be approved constantly. The innocent driver was his mother, and she died by the wheel of a drunk driver.
Silver was lying on the ground, laughing and twitching like a dying idiot. "It's so funny! Everything's so funny!" His right arm was bruised and bleeding badly as he had continued beating it. His left wrist had not stopped bleeding since he pierced it. His stomach had not recovered after Silver's own cruel beating. And somehow he was still alive, still laughing and still insane.
